وتغطي هذه الأولويات الغذاء والماء والأدوية والملابس والتعليم والمأوى المؤقت والرفاهية العاطفية والتوعية الدولية والتوجيه العملي للعائلات. تصف صفحات البرنامج الدعم المقصود — وليس ادعاء بأن كل نشاط يحدث الآن.
يعود تاريخ المشروع إلى عام 2000 (معلومات من صاحب الموقع). وهذا منفصل عن تواريخ تسجيل المؤسسات الخيرية، أو هذا المجال، أو الوثائق العامة المستمرة في كل عام منذ ذلك الحين.
