Our accessibility approach

The design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a target, not a certification or a claim of full conformance. The site includes semantic headings, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, labelled controls, image descriptions and reduced-motion support.

Using this website

You can use the keyboard to move between links and buttons. The support explorer and other dialogs support Escape to close. Preference groups support keyboard selection. The persistent Accessibility button opens controls for larger text, high contrast, underlined links and reduced motion. All controls work without agreeing to optional storage. Reset display settings restores the defaults. Your browser zoom and assistive technology remain available.

Known limits and review status

Full assistive-technology testing, a formal accessibility audit and production-environment testing remain outstanding. Third-party hosting or sign-in screens are outside the page implementation and need separate review.

The accessibility menu is a convenience, not a substitute for accessible page design or a conformance audit.

This statement will be updated with the audit method, results and a remediation plan as accessibility work continues.

Feedback and alternative formats

An accessibility contact and response process will be published alongside other contact routes when those services are active, so visitors can request help, report a barrier or ask for information in another format.
